Not This Time

Every Friday I remind myself and find ways to empower others that they are FREE! I was up early drinking my coffee and inhaling the aroma of cinnamon and vanilla as I ritually do.   I like to call it my coffee time with God.  I don’t think he has a cup with me but I do believe that he smiles at the innovative ways we use what he has created.  Well during that time I heard a snip-it of someone’s conversation on the T.V. and immediately I tuned out everything and began to focus on that one phrase “Not This Time”.  I realized that it was a Freedom anthem that I would echo to myself and enrich others who would listen. The statement ” Not This Time” becomes a self check.  It engulfs the moment that your in or about to encounter knowing that timing in everything.  At that very second it gives you a glimpse of constraints that you have lived in, allowed others to bestow upon you or things that you’ve tangled yourself up with.  You then begin to understand the FREEDOM you live in and the price that was paid for you to get it and you loudly say within yourself “Not This Time”.  For me I’m free.  I choose every day to walk in freedom of my mind, freedom from the opinions of others and freedom from my past mistakes. I  remind every moment of constraint that tries to creep in “Not This Time”.
