I often wondered if there was a simple element that I or others missed that would allow them to become BETTER leaders.  Of course upon my search within myself I realized that it was vision.  Not the lack of vision, but the discovery of it. That was it “Discover Vision”.  See a BETTER leaders go beyond hearing vision, reading vision, and writing vision.  Don’t dismiss all of these great elements it’s just that “Discover” is one that can push you to become that BETTER leader.  See when vision is given, read, or written most leaders stop with that or they assume because they have it memorized that they know vision.  However in order to become a BETTER leader you must learn to get the knowledge  (the facts, the truth the principle) of the vision.  When you learn to discover vision you began to gain sight of the unseen, unspoken, and unwritten.  In other words you go beyond the basics and search for the BETTER.  BETTER leaders now seek to make known and reveal propelling others to follow and become leaders.  I hope you learn to use the element “Discover” in your vision as you strive to become a BETTER leader.
