#WokitoutWednesday Wednesday is my workout day. I know, I know you are looking for some good cardio techniques. Well I have a cousin who can help you with that, seriously. This workout is about mind movement for change. When was the last time you looked at a blueprint or have you ever really took a moment to look at one? I did this week because I decided to work on Dreaming. In my quest I found myself looking at blueprints of homes and even bold enough to start redesigning and creating my own. #whynotyou? In reality a blueprint is simply a written vision of what someone has imagined. What are you imagining these days? Take a moment to develop a blueprint of what you imagine. This may sound simple for some yet for others it is extremely difficult. This is why vision boards have become so popular and online sites. Allow me to give you just a few nuggets that will help you along the way. Blueprints first of all are designed with lines because they are the distance between one place and another. That means they are measurable. Blueprints are also considered a short phrase for the masterplan and at one time was always on blue paper because it was easily transferable and excellent in light. Take this knowledge and apply it to your own imagination. Write down what you imagine. Make sure you write it in a simple format that is measurable, transferable and definitely illuminated in light. Here is an example. I imagine myself reaching the million dollar status but I have to write it in simple form. That means I need to break down my plan in obtainable actions so I can measure my progress. My method of writing needs to be transferable so it is workable. I hope you get the just of this workout.
